We are hiring an experienced Freelance Camera Operator in London to support a series of high-value commercial advertising and branded content productions across the summer.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled commercial cinematography professional to work on premium advertising campaigns for globally recognised brands, delivering high-quality visuals for broadcast, digital, and social content.

Key Responsibilities – Camera Operator (Commercial Production)
- Operate professional digital cinema cameras (ARRI, RED, Sony) on commercial shoots
- Execute cinematic camera work, including handheld, gimbal, tracking, and location-based setups
- Interpret shot lists, storyboards, and creative briefs from Directors and agency teams
- Collaborate closely with Directors, Directors of Photography (DOPs), Producers, and creatives
- Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and creative execution across all footage
- Configure and manage camera systems, lenses, filters, rigs, and monitoring setups
- Adapt to changing shoot schedules, locations, and creative direction
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges on set efficiently
- Work collaboratively with lighting, sound, art department, and production crews
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Freelance Camera Operator on commercial advertising productions
- Strong knowledge of cinematography, composition, lighting, framing, and camera movement
- Hands-on experience with ARRI Alexa, RED cinema cameras, Sony FX series, or equivalent
- Background in agency-led productions, branded content, and advertising campaigns
- Ability to deliver high-end visual content under tight deadlines
- Calm, professional, and adaptable approach on fast-moving commercial sets
