We are looking for a highly experienced Print Production Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of print advertising and marketing collateral. This is a pivotal role where you will transform creative ideas into flawless physical outputs, ensuring precision, consistency, and impact across every printed touchpoint.
From brochures and packaging to large-format displays and point-of-sale materials, your work will directly influence how customers experience the brand in the real world.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As the central hub of print production, you will connect creative, marketing, and supplier teams to deliver exceptional results
- Lead end-to-end print production across multi-channel campaigns
- Manage print vendors, RFQs, and cost negotiations to deliver best-value solutions
- Oversee prepress, artwork preparation, and proofing workflows with absolute accuracy
- Ensure compliance with colour management standards, ICC profiles, and print specifications
- Coordinate complex production schedules and nationwide distribution
- Troubleshoot prepress and production issues to maintain quality and deadlines
- Drive workflow optimisation and process improvements
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure brand consistency across all outputs
What You’ll Bring
- You are a technical expert and problem-solver with a passion for delivering high-quality print
- Proven experience in print production management or print operations
Strong expertise in:
- Offset, digital, and large-format printing
- Packaging production and finishing techniques
- Substrates, coatings, laminations, and materials
- Colour management, ICC profiling, and calibration
- Skilled in prepress processes, artwork quality control, and print-ready file creation
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and quality assurance
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
