Join our fast‑growing digital art studio as a Studio Operations Coordinator, supporting day‑to‑day operations across a collaborative team of designers, developers, producers, and artists. This role is ideal for anyone exploring studio assistant jobs in London, creative admin roles, or operations assistant positions within the creative industries.

Based in London, you’ll help keep our artist studio running smoothly while gaining hands‑on experience with real‑time digital art, immersive installations, and creative production workflows. If you’re looking for a London studio coordinator job starting in late April, this is the perfect opportunity to grow within a supportive and innovative environment.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, supporting daily studio operations across logistics, administration, documentation, and facilities. This is an excellent next step for someone pursuing art studio coordinator roles, creative project support jobs, or studio management roles in London.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing communications, travel planning, deliveries, and supplier coordination
  • Organising the studio environment, monitoring stock, and handling procurement
  • Updating documentation, internal records, and operational databases
  • Supporting book‑keeping and liaising with accountants
  • Assisting with facilities management and health & safety compliance
  • Offering flexible support to production, software, and design teams
About You

You’ll bring at least two years of experience in administration or coordination, ideally within a creative or production‑based setting. Strong organisational skills, confidence under pressure, and a collaborative approach are essential. This role suits someone seeking creative admin jobs in London or a pathway into digital arts careers.

You are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, confident in communication, and ideally familiar with InDesign, Xero, or logistics‑related workflows. An interest in art, fine art, or digital creativity will help you thrive in our studio.

What We Offer

Working in a digital studio at the forefront of interactive art, you’ll gain exposure to cross‑disciplinary teams and innovative installation projects. This is a great fit for candidates exploring London immersive art jobs, creative operations roles, or long‑term careers in studio administration and creative production.
