Role Overview

We are a fast‑growing advertising agency seeking an Advertising Coordinator to support the execution of multi‑channel paid media campaigns. You will manage timelines, assets, specifications, budget trackers, stakeholder updates, and compliance workflows while working closely with media, creative, analytics, and client‑facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate paid media campaigns across digital, print, social, audio, and emerging channels.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, go‑to‑market plans, redirect links, asset libraries, and real‑time change logs.
  • Prepare and deliver internal stakeholder presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Support budget tracking processes with media buying/planning partners and internal finance teams.
  • Assist with LinkedIn paid brand-building campaigns and other social activations.
  • Ensure all public-facing content meets regulatory and compliance requirements across region, audience, and channel.
  • Analyse performance data via Google Analytics and agency reporting dashboards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workflows.
  • Experience working with paid media, including digital and social channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and experience handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively in regulated and compliance-intensive environments.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
