Your Role – Driving Digital Growth & Performance
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital campaigns that deliver exceptional ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage major brand accounts, and use cutting-edge tools to maximise performance across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner, execute on-page and technical SEO improvements, and implement effective link-building strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Manage high-budget PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube, create high-converting ad copy and visuals, and optimise CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS through continuous testing and performance refinement.
- Plan and execute paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, collaborating with creative teams to deliver engaging assets and analysing audience behaviour for improved targeting.
- Track KPIs using GA4, Search Console, and platform analytics, providing clear reports and actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Develop and optimise email marketing workflows using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools, including segmentation, lead nurturing, A/B testing, and CRM automation to increase engagement and conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or performance marketing.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven conversion optimisation experience.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
