Scope of the Role:

As the Digital Media Manager, you will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and enhance digital retail media strategies and opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping our digital media strategy, leveraging your expertise to create opportunities for brand partners to utilize our data in results-driven campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include proactively gathering information from specialist events and materials to inform our retail media development strategy. You will assist in crafting digital proposals and media sales pitches, ensuring that all activities align with brand values and are commercially viable.

Additionally, you will:

• Analyse campaign data and insights to enhance processes and strategies.
• Provide expertise and guidance to sales teams to bolster their digital pitches.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align media strategies with broader marketing plans and customer strategies.

We are looking for a candidate with a diverse background and a profound understanding of the continuously evolving brand and retail dynamics in the digital landscape. You should possess a strong grasp of brand strategies and objectives, enabling you to develop programs that stand out as best-in-class retail media solutions.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience with advanced digital media buying techniques and an understanding of how brands navigate and leverage digital channels.
• Hold prior experience working with prominent retailers, particularly with robust rewards programs, which is highly desirable.
• Have experience in an agency environment, which is advantageous.
• Appreciate the significance of data in informing marketing decisions and driving business outcomes, with familiarity in data analytics tools.
