Performance Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do
Lead end‑to‑end SEO strategies including technical SEO, advanced keyword research, long‑tail optimisation, on‑page improvements and organic performance growth. You’ll plan and execute performance‑driven media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and YouTube, optimising CPC, Quality Score, ROAS and audience targeting.
You’ll build and scale paid social campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, collaborating closely with creative teams to test bold ideas that convert. Using GA4, Google Search Console and performance dashboards, you’ll turn data into insight, guide decisions and drive continuous optimisation.
You’ll also design and automate high‑performing email and CRM journeys using HubSpot, Mailchimp and related platforms to increase engagement, retention and conversion.
